1️⃣ DKV Integral
One of the policies that is chosen and issued most often.
This is a policy with full coverage: from simple examinations by specialists to surgeries, hospitalization, dentistry, as well as emergency medical care outside Spain.
With it, you can contact more than 51 thousand specialists who cooperate with DKV.
A big plus of this policy is the ability to choose an option with or without surcharges. It is also suitable for applying for a residence permit.
2️⃣ DKV Mundisalud (Reembolso)
This policy provides the freedom to choose medical services at any clinic in Spain and the world, even if they do not collaborate with DKV.
The insurance company reimburses from 80% to 90% of medical expenses:
Complet: 80% in Spain and 90% abroad, with a limit of €62,000 per year.
Classic: 80% in Spain and 90% abroad, with a limit of €237,000 per year.
Élite: 90% both in Spain and abroad, with a limit of €310,000 per year.
This policy also includes reimbursement of medication costs (50% up to €100 per year) and vaccinations (up to €150 per year).
3️⃣ DKV Selection
This policy is one of the few on the Spanish market available to people aged 75+, with no age restrictions when applying, and for residence permits.
It provides complete coverage, including:
Primary care, medical specialties, diagnostic tests, surgery and hospitalization, and dental coverage.
